Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
Old Line Woodcraft currently ships within the continental United States. If you are located outside this area or require special delivery arrangements, please contact us prior to ordering, and we'll be happy to discuss available options.
Processing & Build Times
Most Old Line Woodcraft products are handcrafted to order.
- In-stock (INVENTORY) Items typically ship within 2–5 business days or you can choose FREE local pick-up if you live in the area.
- Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional build time, which will be communicated at the time of order or quote.
- For custom work, production timelines begin once design details and payment are finalized.
Because each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations in timeline may occur. We will always communicate delays proactively.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination. Larger or heavier items may ship via ground service to ensure safe handling.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Packaging & Protection
Every Old Line Woodcraft product is carefully packaged to protect it in transit. Boards and wooden goods are wrapped, cushioned, and boxed to minimize movement and prevent damage. Our goal is for every piece to arrive in the same condition it left our workshop.
Shipping Notifications & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Philosophy
We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our products are handcrafted or custom-built, our return policy balances fairness to the customer with the nature of made-to-order work.
Eligible Returns
- In-stock, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in original condition.
- Returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products
- Made-to-order pieces
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or improper care
- Clearance or final-sale items
Because custom pieces are built specifically to your specifications, they cannot be resold.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through the website contact form within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow several business days for refund processing after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging.
We will work with you promptly to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate. Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or lack of maintenance is not covered.
Natural Wood Disclaimer
Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, color, figure, and tone are normal and expected. These variations are not considered defects and are part of what makes each Old Line Woodcraft piece unique.
